Lady Vols: Women’s SEC Tournament Field is set

Following a loss to Vanderbilt on Sunday, the Lady Vols are locked into the 6-seed in the upcoming SEC Tournament. It’s been an up and down season for Tennessee and Kim Caldwell, who, just three weeks ago, were projected to compete for a protected seed in the NCAA Tournament. Now, after six consecutive losses — five of which were to ranked opponents — they’re fighting to stay out of the dreaded 8/9 seed line.
