Caluori has scored a total of 13 tries in 12 matches for the north London club so far this season.
Saracens have not stated the length of the deal but said he "will remain in north London for years to come".
"Having been part of Saracens since I was 14, when the opportunity came to re-sign with the club it was a no-brainer for me," he told the Saracens website.
"The coaches, teammates and academy staff here have all been a huge part of my journey so far.
"I'm really excited to be staying and hopefully be a part of a really exciting future at Saracens."
Caluori made his Prem debut off the bench away at Newcastle Red Bulls on the opening weekend of the season, scoring his first try, before stunning StoneX Stadium with a five-try haul in a 65-14 demolition of Sale Sharks.
He has since scored his first try in the European Champions Cup, against Claremont, and bagged another four scores in a thumping 73-14 win over Newcastle.
He tops the try-scoring charts in the league this season with 12, two ahead of Northampton Saints wing Tommy Freeman in second place.
"Alongside his obvious talent and athleticism, he is open-minded, hard-working and clear about where he wants to take his game," Sarries' director of rugby Mark McCall said.
"He has shown the self-assurance and confidence any young player needs to grab the playing opportunities that have come his way."
Caluori is currently representing England in the Under-20s Six Nations Championship.
