Man wounded in midtown Toronto shooting

The hunt is on for the shooter who wounded a man early Friday in midtown Toronto.
Toronto Police say the incident happened around 1:45 a.m on Broadway Ave., in the Yonge and Eglinton Ave E. area.

Officers responded to calls about gunshots and found a shell casing and blood on scene.
Police said a man in his 20s “was located at hospital with a gunshot wound.” His injuries are non-life-threatening.
The suspect remains at large. No description has been released.
Broadway Ave is closed from Duplex Cres. to Eglinton Ave. E. for the investigation.
