Romeo Doubs highlights: Watch Patriots' newest wide receiver in action

The New England Patriots added a new receiving weapon after moving on from Stefon Diggs, who had a productive 2025 season. Former Green Bay Packers do-everything wide receiver Romeo Doubs will now join the receiving mix in New England and offer another proven playmaker with upside on offense.
Doubs recorded 55 receptions for 724 yards and six touchdowns with the Packers last season. His best performance came in the wild-card round playoff matchup against the Chicago Bears, when he racked up eight catches for 124 yards and one touchdown.

The thinking for the Patriots isn't necessarily that Doubs would be their No. 1 receiver, but he could step in and help fill the void left by Diggs. There's also the possibility of growth for a talented player who is only 25 years old.
Here's a highlight video of some of Doubs' best work:

The Patriots still have some work to do in free agency.
However, Doubs gives them a playmaker who can consistently win on short to intermediate routes. He can be a nightmare for man coverage and provide a reliable safety blanket for quarterback Drake Maye on the field.
