Florida baseball to host 2026 NCAA Tournament regional at Condron Ballpark

Florida baseball is once again hosting an NCAA tournament regional, as the Gators were selected as one of the 16 host schools.
The NCAA announced the locations on Sunday, May 24.

It’s the 20th time in program history and 14th during Florida coach Kevin O’Sullivan’s tenure. The last time Gainesville hosted a regional was in 2023.
The entire 64-team field for the 2026 NCAA Baseball Tournament will be released on Monday at 12 p.m. E.T. on ESPN2. The Gators will now have to wait and see if their season’s resume is enough to earn a top-eight national seed.
Florida is 39-19 overall and ranked No. 11 in the latest RPI rankings. The Gators are 16-12 in Quad 1 games, a combined 23-7 in Quad 2-4 games and are ranked No. 2 in strength of schedule.
Other hosts include Georgia, Georgia Tech , Auburn, Texas, North Carolina, Texas A&M, Oregon, Southern Miss, Kansas, Nebraska, UCLA, West Virginia, Mississippi State, Florida State and Alabama.
