iFEEL Rewires the B-School Playbook: India's AI Ready PGDM Where AI Is Not an Add-On — It's the Core
· Free Press Journal

In a bold move that signals where management education is headed, iFEEL — the Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership — has launched what it calls an AI-Ready PGDM, embedding Artificial Intelligence into the very DNA of its two-year programme. This isn't a standalone elective or a bolt-on module. Every subject. Every semester. Every specialisation. The last unit is an AI unit.
The redesigned curriculum mandates Gen AI Training for all students — covering GenAI, machine learning basics, NLP, AI-driven decision-making, and business process automation. ensures students don't just understand AI theory — they deploy it in real business contexts.

The campus itself has gone AI-native. Through a strategic MOU with Redrob, students can submit assignments, make resumes, connect companies and tackle case studies, and solve projects using AI tools — normalising responsible AI use as a professional skill, not a shortcut.
Placement preparation has also been future-proofed. iFEEL now trains students to crack AI-powered interviews — the new standard at top recruiters — building fluency with AI screening tools and prompt-based assessments.
"The question is no longer whether AI will change management roles. It already has,- "Our job is to ensure our graduates are the ones leading that change."- Dr Sagar Bhadange , Dean iFEEL Pune.
With this overhaul, iFEEL positions its PGDM graduates not just as business-ready — but as AI-ready leaders for the decade ahead.
