The Cleveland Browns decided it was time to pull the trigger and move on from one of the best players in franchise history on Monday. Sending Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, where he will have a legitimate chance to win a Super Bowl on a roster that already had a lot of talent before he joined the group.

The biggest question surrounding this trade was not the why; it is clear he wanted out for a couple of years now, but did they get proper compensation? You could make the argument that a generational player coming off a historic season is priceless, but it feels like the fan base is split on whether they got enough. Personally, I do not think they did.

They got a great player back in Jared Verse, an up-and-coming pass rusher who is knocking on the door of being a top 10 player at the position, but his selection with just a first, second, and third round pick doesn't feel like enough. Personally, it feels like they should've pushed for at least another first-round pick.
