McInnes 'a big loss' if he moves to Rangers - Berra
· Yahoo Sports
Former captain Christophe Berra believes Hearts will have "big shoes to fill" if head coach Derek McInnes does indeed depart to take over at Rangers.
There has been strong speculation linking the 54-year-old with a return to Ibrox, where he was a player between 1995 and 2000, if Danny Rohl moves to become head coach at RB Salzburg.

McInnes only joined Hearts last summer but almost led them to a first top-flight title in 66 years, being pipped on the final day by reigning champions Celtic.
"He would be hard to replace," Berra told Radio Scotland Breakfast.
"He's very experienced in Scottish football; a man-manager and he's got that presence. Whoever comes in, if Derek does leave, they've got big shoes to fill.
"It would be a big loss, especially coming off the back of last season, when the team had an incredible season and he was the leader of it.
"However, with Jamestown Analytics, you'd like to think they've done their due diligence and they've got managers ready and lined up."
